I’m proud to announce that issue 6.1 of The Examined Life Journal has arrived. It was an honor to work with such gifted storytellers and poets to put this thing together. It’s always a ton of work that takes a lot of effort from a lot of people, but it’s a labor of love. Thanks to everyone who contributed their writing or their effort.

We do have a little housekeeping to do as well. We were so successful in our call for submissions that we were not able to consider all the pieces sent for this issue. If you submitted and haven’t heard from us, your piece is still under consideration for inclusion in issue 6.2. You are welcome to leave it with us so we can finish our process, but if you’d like to withdraw, we totally understand.
